What To Expect From Us
At Hailey Photography, we want your photo session to be easy, fun, and stress-free. Whether you’re getting a headshot, a family portrait, or photos of your kids, we’ll help you feel prepared and confident every step of the way.
Before Your Session
First, we’ll talk about what kind of photos you want. You can tell us your ideas, and we’ll help you plan the location, outfit, and style. We’ll also give you tips on what to wear and bring. Solid colors usually look best in photos, and it’s a good idea to avoid logos or patterns. You can bring a few outfits, and we’ll help you choose what works best.
During the Session
Don’t worry if you’ve never had professional photos taken. We’ll guide you through the whole session. Our goal is to help you feel relaxed so your photos look natural and real. If it’s a kids’ session, we make it fun and playful. For business headshots, we keep things quick and simple but still make sure you look your best.
We take photos from different angles and with different lighting, so you’ll have a nice variety to choose from. The session usually lasts about 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the type of photos and how many people are involved.
After the Session
Once the session is over, we carefully edit your photos to make sure the colors and lighting look great. We remove small blemishes but keep everything looking natural. You’ll get your final photos within one to two weeks. If you need them sooner, just let us know.

I worked with Hailey Photography during our FIFA Mixer and quickly found out she "gets it". From start to finish, quality, timely work. Arrived before the event to prepare, was interactive and set up shot throughout the event, was a assertive and ready at all times. Key photos are shared within 24 hours and the rest a few days after that. We've hired her two times since another mixer and our big Women's Empowerment Event at The Eagles Stadium. Hailey Photography is amazing! Tayla did an outstanding job capturing such beautiful moments from our annual daddy daughter dance. Our school and families will have these photos to cherish for a lifetime! The candid shots and little details captured really depicted how special the evening was! We recently used Hailey Photography for a Valentines photoshoot. She was a pleasure to work with. She confirmed everything well ahead of schedule and was communicative on the day of the shoot. She was punctual with the time we had picked. We also enjoyed how many different types of photos she was able to get great shots from, despite us being limited to a certain area in our hotel.
